Front Office Staff

Sierra — Front Office Manager

Sierra joined our team in 2021 and was promoted to Front Office Manager in 2025 for her strong leadership, collaborative spirit, and exceptional ability to keep the office running seamlessly. She is known for her contagious smile and upbeat attitude, which help create a welcoming and positive experience for every patient.

Outside the office, Sierra enjoys spending time with her daughter, relaxing by the pool, and making Starbucks runs.

Faye — Insurance and Financial Coordinator

Faye has been a valued member of our team since 2016, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience from her long career in the dental field. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines, and has been working in dentistry since 2001. Faye is exceptionally skilled at coordinating with insurance companies and ensuring patients receive the support they need with their benefits.

Outside of the office, she enjoys books, film, and travel, and loves spending time with her husband, daughter, son, and two grandchildren.

Ashley — Front Office Business Assistant

Ashley is originally from Tennessee and has called Indiana home since 2019—the same year she began her career in the dental field. She joined the Noblesville Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery team in 2025 as one of our Business Assistants. Ashley brings a thoughtful, genuine, and kind presence to our front office and is highly skilled in dental software and insurance coordination, ensuring our patients experience a smooth and seamless visit from start to finish.

Outside the office, she dedicates her time to her family, embracing her roles as a loving wife and mom. She also enjoys traveling and visiting Disney whenever she can.

Back Office Staff

Hope — Surgical Dental Assistant

Hope joined our team as a surgical assistant in 1999 after graduating from Professional Careers Institute. Growing up in a military family, she moved frequently before settling in Sharpsville, Indiana during her teen years. She now resides in Windfall, Indiana. Hope is the proud mother of three children—including a daughter currently serving in the Air Force—and a loving grandmother of five grandchildren. She is BLS certified and also helps facilitate the office OSHA training to ensure our office remains compliant and safe.

Outside of work, Hope enjoys gardening, watercolor painting, honeybees, and traveling. With decades of experience in the field, Hope brings both skill and compassion to her role, helping patients feel comfortable and at ease throughout their care.

Mindi — Surgical Dental Assistant

Mindi has been a surgical dental assistant since 2002, bringing over 20 years of experience to our team. After taking time to raise her three children, she returned to the dental field with renewed energy and perspective.

She is BLS certified and particularly skilled in caring for young children, patients with autism, and individuals with special needs. Known for her professionalism, loyalty, and infectious laugh, Mindi takes pride in supporting surgical procedures and ensuring every patient feels comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.

Lisa — Surgical Dental Assistant

Lisa has been working in the dental field since 1993 and joined our team in 2018. Originally from Pontiac, Michigan, she moved to Indiana in 1991, where she has built both her career and family. Lisa is a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) and is also BLS and DAANCE certified, bringing advanced skills and knowledge to her role.

She is married and has one daughter, and she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her loved ones. With her beautiful smile and infectious laugh, Lisa helps patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visits, making every experience a little brighter.

Breanne — Surgical Dental Assistant

Breanne is a dedicated dental assistant from Kokomo, Indiana, with more than six years of experience in patient care. She is BLS certified and passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident during their visits.

Outside of the office, Breanne enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters. Fun fact: she has a twin sister! Her warm personality and commitment to excellence make her a valued member of our team.

Stephanie — Surgical Dental Assistant

Stephanie brings over six years of experience in the dental field along with advanced training and a calm, confident presence to our surgical team. She is both BLS and DAANCE certified, ensuring the highest standard of patient safety and care. One of her favorite parts of the job is assisting with bone grafting procedures using LPRF technology, where she enjoys being part of the process that helps patients achieve long-term oral health.

Outside the office, Stephanie loves spending time with her dog, Rori, who keeps life fun and energetic.
